Welcome to Vault. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Vault has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree that you will not post, send, or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that targets, bullies, or demeans any person or group. You also agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other collectors.
Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse others are subject to immediate content removal and account termination, at our sole discretion and without notice.
Vault provides tools to keep the community safe. You can report any post, message, or user, and you can block any user, which immediately removes their content from your feed. Submitted content is also filtered for objectionable terms.
We review every report of objectionable content and act within 24 hours by removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who provided it.
Vault is free to use. A paid membership unlocks additional features and costs $12.99 per year.
Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current annual price unless you cancel. We'll notify you before your renewal and of any price change that will apply. You can cancel at any time from your billing page.
If you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current paid membership period and will not renew. You keep full access to your paid membership features until then.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of your paid membership period rather than receiving a refund. Vault may issue refunds at its discretion. If Vault materially removes paid membership functionality during a period you have already paid for, you may contact us to request a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period.
The Founding Collector program closed on August 22, 2026 at 500 members. Founding Collectors receive permanent access, at no further membership cost, to Vault's highest tier of paid collector membership and the collector features included in that tier. No recurring subscription is required, and Founding Collector status does not expire.
Founding Collector access does not include separate products, merchandise, events, services, or other offerings that Vault may charge for independently of its collector membership.
Founding Collectors also receive a one-time five-card mystery print pack, shipped to the valid mailing address provided to Vault. The pack is not transferable and has no cash value.
We may change the price of paid membership. Any price change will apply beginning with your next renewal, and we'll notify you before the new price takes effect. Price changes do not affect Founding Collector membership access.
Vault may suspend or terminate a paid membership, including Founding Collector access, for violations of these terms. No refund is owed in that case.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings in the app.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Vault after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
