EEEEEATSCON 2025 (Ice Cream w/Sprinkles)

This Ana Inciardi mini print depicts a classic waffle cone loaded with an exuberant swirl of colorful sprinkles, rendered in colored pencil on a warm off-white ground. The cone itself is drawn in golden yellow with subtle shading suggesting its ridged, tapered form. Above it, the sprinkles erupt in a loose, almost chaotic mass of red, yellow, blue, and white marks that lean slightly to one side, giving the composition unexpected energy and movement.

The palette is warm and celebratory without being loud. Ice cream cones have been a staple of American street food culture since at least the early twentieth century, and the rainbow sprinkle topping remains one of the most recognizable and nostalgic variations. The format here is the soft-serve or scooped cone eaten at fairs, boardwalks, and corner shops across the country.

As a food print, this piece fits naturally among the food subjects found throughout Inciardi's catalog, where familiar edible objects are rendered with a casual, hand-drawn immediacy that collectors consistently seek out. The hand-lettered title at the bottom, noting EEEEEATSCON 2025 and the ANA INC signature, ties the work to a specific food event context, which adds a layer of documentary interest for collectors tracking her output year by year. Works tied to food events or festivals tend to form natural clusters in collections, and this print pairs well with her other food prints depicting snacks, sweets, and street fare.

Collectors drawn to her celebratory, everyday subjects often treat pieces like this as anchors for a themed grouping.
