The Vault takeAna Inciardi made one hundred of these and told nobody. Each one is numbered and signed by hand, and the orange is a slightly different shade on every copy. They went into a single machine at the Together Together pop-up in Manhattan in late August, with no announcement, and the first one was not pulled until 4 September.
There is no way to buy one and no way to improve your odds. A dollar, a machine on 2nd Street, and a great deal of luck.
